Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) Performance Guide | Partnered with the Mastercard Acceptance Performance team and a fellow team member to update, redesign, and distribute this 24-page guide to internal and external stakeholders. The DCC Performance Guide provides high-level guidance to partner financial institutions (acquirers) and their DCC service providers on Mastercard’s point-of-interaction (POI) currency conversion processes and requirements to ensure an optimal cardholder experience.

Chargebacks Made Simple (CBMS) Guide | Partnered with the Mastercard Dispute Resolution Management team and a fellow team member to update, redesign, and distribute this 16-page guide. The reimagined CBMS Guide offers partner financial institutions (issuers and acquirers) a high-level overview of the chargeback and compliance case processes and establishes a solid foundation for a deeper understanding of the subject matter. As the production editor, I effectively streamlined the project plan steps to finalize the guide ahead of schedule.
